  • What size do I need?

Measure your cat around the neck and around the chest, just behind their front legs.  Supply measurements in the notes section of your order in the checkout.

Typically if your cat falls within the measurements below you can order one of the following:

Size Guide


Adjustable Collar sizes from 20cm to 27cm  - (8 inches to 10.5 inches)

Adjustable Chest sizes from 30cm to 37cm  - (12 inches to 14.5 inches)

 Adult Cat

Adjustable Collar sizes from 30cm to 33cm  - (12 inches to 13 inches)

Adjustable Chest sizes from 42cm to 51cm  -  (16.5 inches to 20 inches)


  • Where is my order? 

All orders are crafted by hand and usually take between 3-5 days to make.

NB: Due to the cornavirus, I am experiencing an unprecedented number of orders across all sales platforms and currently working to a processing time of 7-10 days.


  • How long from when an item is dispatched will my order reach me?

Each postal authority take different amount of times to reach you.

UK 3.-5 business days

Europe 5-7 business days

Rest of The World 7-10 business days

NB: Postage is currently being delayed in many countries. check your countries postal status and delivery restrictions before you email me.

  • Can I get a tracking number for my order?

If you selected and purchased tracked postage at the checkout you can have a tracking number.  If you did not select tracked postage then you will not get a number. Orders are not sent tracked, unless you have selected and purchased the service. Please note that tracked postage is an additional cost to you.

  • I have ordered and have given you the incorrect shipping address? 

I aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible but if I can catch it in time I will be able to change the address on it for you. Please get in touch with us via our Facebook page Include the phrase "CHANGE OF ADDRESS" in the first line and your order number in the message and if I get to your message before your order is dispatched your address will be updated for you. If the order has already been dispatched then you will have to wait for it to be returned from the incorrect address before we can issue a replacement or a refund.


  • How can I return my item

 If the item is unwanted we will only be able to accept a return if it is unopened and unused. If you wish to return your item for other reasons such as, the item arrived damaged or faulty please explain the fault by getting in touch with me using the Contact Form. From there I will be able to take the necessary steps to get your item back to me.


  • My Jacket arrived damaged, what do I do?
I am sorry to hear your order didn't arrive with you in perfect condition, can you please send images of the damage, along with your order number, to me via the Contact Form so that I can look into this for you.



  • I have emailed you and not had a response?

The current high volume of orders also brings a high volume of questions.  I have stopped answering emails as this is impacting on making customers orders. You can message the Facebook page for questions that are not listed above.
