Purchase and Shipping Policy

Before placing your order with me you will need to choose a size, if you are unsure you can measure your cat around the neck and chest. These can then be added in a note a checkout detailed ‘note to seller’ …

Also, before checking out you will need to select a shipping option using the drop down menu in the relevant section (at the side of the standard cost) Tracking IS available so if you require a tracking number please select and pay for it.

I do not refund non tracked ‘at your request’ because you opted not to track it, but I am happy to work with you and replace the items after an extended period of patience has been exercised to allow for any delays due to strikes/adverse weather/unforeseen circumstance.

Please also check that your address is correct, again, I do not refund items sent to the wrong address.

 

Once you have placed an order, you will get a confirmation email direct to your inbox, this does not mean that your order has shipped, it’s means it’s being processed. The email address in which it goes to is the email you used to place the order. If it’s not there please check your spam folders.

Once your order is placed, the item has to be hand crafted, by myself, therefore, there is a processing time of 1-2 weeks (14 business days) Items are often shipped sooner, but as I work alone and all the items are handmade to order this just allows me time for normal things like life.

If there are any issues with your order which will run over the 14 business days processing, such as fabric supply issues, I will contact you.

For items marked as a gift you still need to allow 14days processing time. You can, by all means, message me before placing your order where I will be happy to help for example if you need it by a certain date etc…but I cannot put items marked as a gift, to yourself at the top of the queue, it’s not fair on other customers. So, if your item is a gift for your cats birthday, someone else or for Christmas please order order in enough time to allow for processing and delivery; if you’re overseas, to allow for delivery…so maybe a month in advance of the actual date it’s needed for.

 

Once your order has been processed and shipped to the address supplied by you, you will need to allow time for it to arrive.

All items are shipped via Royal Mail.

Uk items may take up to 5 business days.

Overseas may take up to 15 business days.

Please allow time before contacting me to say your item hasn’t arrived because it may just be delayed. Overseas items are shipped via Royal Mail, once the item has arrived in the destination country, for example USA, it will be received by USPS who will then deliver.

All items whether UK or Overseas where tracking has been selected and paid for, your despatch email will contain the tracking details. You can use this to track your item. I can only see what you see. If your item says preparing to leave the UK and has said the same for 5 days, rest assured it has left but is waiting for a ‘received in the destination country’ scan at customs. It then may have to go through checks but once it leaves your customs area it will next be scanned to confirm delivery.

For the EU  import duty has to be paid by you, it is not included in the sale. 

 

Please also contact me in the first instance rather than open a dispute. Whilst it’s your right as a customer to do so, I’m also a small business and a human being. Everything can be resolved with a little patience.

Please also contact me before leaving a 1 star review…moreso if you’ve not contacted me first to resolve. I can’t help if you don’t tell me!
